Santa — Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Members may withdraw from the service use agreement within seven (7) days from the date on which use of the Service commences (the "Subscription Withdrawal Period").
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- The value of the Service has been materially reduced as a result of the Member's use or partial consumption.
- The provision of digital content has already commenced.
- The packaging of reproducible goods has been damaged (e.g., a TOEFL test voucher code that has been uncovered or revealed).
If the contents of the Service differ from what was represented or advertised, a Member may withdraw within three (3) months from the date the Service was provided, or within thirty (30) days from the date the Member became aware of the discrepancy, whichever comes first.

2. Refund Schedule
Initial Subscription (First-time purchase)
Full refund available within 7 days of the initial payment date. Access to the Service is terminated immediately upon refund completion.
After 7 Days of Initial Subscription
No refund is available. The Member may continue using the Service until the end of the paid subscription period.
Renewals (including auto-renewal)
No refunds are provided for renewal payments once processed. The Member may continue using the Service until the end of the paid subscription period.
Discounted Purchases
Refunds are calculated based on the regular (non-discounted) daily rate, multiplied by the number of days the Service has been used.
Santa Pass
Full refund available within 7 days of the purchase date. No refund is available after 7 days from the date of purchase.
Santa Pass & TOEFL Test Voucher Package
No refund is available once the TOEFL test voucher code has been uncovered, activated, or otherwise made available for use. No refund is provided for any renewal or recurring payment related to such package.

3. Refund Processing
Upon receipt of a withdrawal or termination request, Socra AI Inc. will process refunds within three (3) business days using the same payment method as the original transaction.
If a refund via the original payment method is not possible, the Member will be notified in advance of an alternative method.

4. Overpayments and Underpayments
If an overpayment occurs due to a Company error, the full amount will be refunded with no deduction for processing fees or contractual costs.
If an overpayment occurs due to Member error, the Member may bear reasonable costs incurred by the Company in processing the refund.
If a Member has underpaid the applicable fees, the Company may charge the Member for the deficient amount. If the Member fails to pay such additional charge in a timely manner, the Company may suspend the Service and/or reduce the period during which the Service is provided.

5. Special Promotions
For Services purchased through one-time events, promotions, or special arrangements, separate refund terms may apply. Such terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and will take precedence over this general Refund Policy.

6. Package Products
For Package Products that include physical goods, Members may return the goods within seven (7) days of receipt for a refund. Returns are not accepted if the goods are lost or damaged due to causes attributable to the Member, or if the value of the goods has been materially reduced through the Member's use. Return shipping costs are borne by the Member.
Refunds for any lectures or digital content included in a Package Product are governed by Section 2 of this policy.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no refund is available for any TOEFL test voucher package product once the voucher code has been uncovered, activated, or otherwise made available for use.

7. Compliance with Applicable Law
Notwithstanding the above, refund rights mandated by applicable laws and regulations will be honored in full. Where the laws of a Member's country of residence provide greater rights than those stated in this policy, such laws shall prevail.
