How do I use my TOEFL exam voucher?

Find your code in the Santa TOEFL app by going to Setting, My Passes & Add-ons, then copy your official TOEFL exam voucher code. Redeem it on the official ETS TOEFL site by signing in to your ETS account, going to checkout, pasting the voucher code, and clicking Apply.

Can I buy multiple TOEFL exam vouchers?

Because the TOEFL exam voucher is provided as a special promotional gift, it is strictly limited to one per person and is available only on your very first purchase.

Can I get a refund on my Santa order?

Yes, full refunds are available for non-bundle subscriptions within 7 days of purchase. However, bundle products including TOEFL exam vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, as the voucher code is generated and delivered immediately. If you experience any issues with your code, contact hello.santa@socra.ai.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time after purchase and continue to use the service until your current subscription period ends. To cancel, please contact us via chat support.

How long is my TOEFL exam voucher valid?

Your TOEFL voucher expires in 180 days after the date of purchase. You must redeem the code and book your exam on the official ETS website before the 180-day window ends.

In which countries can I use this TOEFL voucher?

Currently, the voucher can only be used to book exams in the United States. We are planning to expand support to other countries in the near future.

Can I change test centers or reschedule my exam?

Yes, you can change your schedule or test location, but an additional fee applies. Please refer to the ETS blog to see how to reschedule your exam.

Is the voucher eligible for both test centers and the TOEFL Home Edition?

Yes, you can use the voucher for booking your test at a test center or booking the TOEFL Home Edition. The Santa TOEFL voucher functions as a full standard payment method for the TOEFL iBT exam.

If I cancel an exam that I booked with a voucher, can I get a refund?

No, you cannot reuse the voucher code once you cancel the exam. Under official ETS payment and refund policies, prepaid vouchers are treated as single-use payment methods and become void after cancellation.

Will you really refund the difference if I find a lower price?

To ensure you get the absolute best value, we offer a Price Guarantee. If you find a TOEFL voucher deal for a lower price, we will refund you the difference.

What Santa TOEFL Is

Santa TOEFL is an online service that prepares students for the 2026 TOEFL iBT exam using:

Official ETS practice content — same questions, format, and difficulty as the real exam, licensed directly from ETS (the maker of TOEFL).

Official ETS Scoring Engine — the same AI used to score the actual TOEFL iBT. Practice scores match real-exam scores.

AI Tutor that explains "Why" — unlimited AI-powered feedback. For every question, the AI tutor shows not just the right answer but the reasoning, common traps, and how to improve.

21+ full-length mock exams — more official mock tests than any other TOEFL prep service worldwide.

3,500+ official practice problems — targeted practice beyond the full-length mock exams.

Lowest-price official US TOEFL voucher (US only) — the 6-Month Pass + TOEFL Voucher plan includes an official US TOEFL iBT exam voucher for $99. That is $181 cheaper than ETS's own official rate ($280), and cheaper than any other reseller we are aware of. The voucher is valid for 180 days. Currently available for the US TOEFL iBT only.

TOEFL Exam Promo Code (worldwide) — the 1-Month Subscription includes a promo code for 10% off TOEFL iBT exam registration ($28 value at the US exam fee). Available worldwide except India and China.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the practice content really official ETS?

Yes. Santa TOEFL is one of the only services that licenses content directly from ETS, the organization that creates and administers the TOEFL exam.

Does the scoring match the real TOEFL?

Yes. Santa TOEFL uses the same AI scoring engine that ETS uses to score the official TOEFL iBT. Practice scores are calibrated to real-exam scores.

Can I buy the actual TOEFL exam through Santa?

Yes, in the United States. The 6-Month Pass + TOEFL Voucher plan ($299) includes an official US TOEFL iBT voucher. Outside the US, the 1-Month Subscription includes a promo code for 10% off TOEFL iBT exam registration (not available in India and China).

How much cheaper is the voucher vs ETS direct?

The US TOEFL voucher costs $280 directly from ETS. Through Santa's 6-Month Pass + TOEFL Voucher plan, the voucher is $99, a saving of $181. The plan also includes 6 months of Santa access for $200 (normally $474 at the monthly rate), so total savings are $455.

Is this really the cheapest place to buy the official TOEFL voucher?

Yes. At $99, Santa offers the lowest price available for the official US TOEFL iBT voucher — cheaper than ETS itself and cheaper than any other reseller we have found. The voucher is genuine and registered through ETS in the same way as if purchased directly.

How long is the TOEFL voucher valid?

The voucher is valid for 180 days. Use it to register for your TOEFL iBT exam through ETS within that period.

What is the TOEFL Exam Promo Code?

The 1-Month Subscription includes a promo code for 10% off TOEFL iBT exam registration ($28 value at the US exam fee). It is available worldwide except India and China. See "How to Use Promo Code & Voucher" for instructions.

What are the different plans?

Santa offers two options:

1-Month Subscription: $79/month, charged monthly. Available worldwide. Includes a 10% TOEFL exam promo code (except India and China) and a 7-day free refund.

6-Month Pass + TOEFL Voucher: $299, single purchase. US only. Includes 6 months of Santa access and an official US TOEFL iBT voucher valid for 180 days.

Is the 6-Month Pass a subscription?

No. The 6-Month Pass is a single purchase that gives 6 months of unlimited Santa access. It does not auto-renew, and there are no recurring charges.

Which plan should I choose?

If you are taking the TOEFL in the US, the 6-Month Pass + TOEFL Voucher is the best value — 6 months of prep plus the official voucher for $299, a total saving of $455. If you are outside the US, have already registered for your exam, or want short, intensive prep before an upcoming test date, choose the 1-Month Subscription ($79/month), which also includes a 10% TOEFL exam promo code (except India and China).

Are voucher promotions available outside the United States?

The TOEFL voucher is currently available for US TOEFL iBT test-takers only. Test-takers in other countries can use the 10% TOEFL exam promo code included with the 1-Month Subscription (not available in India and China). Additional countries may be added later.

How long should I prepare with Santa TOEFL?

Most learners see significant score improvements within 4–8 weeks of consistent practice (1–2 hours per day).

Can I cancel my plan?

The 1-Month Subscription can be cancelled anytime through your account. Once cancelled, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. It also includes a 7-day free refund. The 6-Month Pass + TOEFL Voucher is a single purchase that does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. See the refund policy for details.
